1. These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of this website which is operated by Anneliis Way (ABN 11 074 346 879) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use this website.

3. We reserve our right to change these Terms at any time, without notice to you. When we change these Terms, we will also update the “Date of last update” at the top of these Terms.  You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.

Our offering

4. We offer Hypnotherapy and Kinesiology services including by providing one on one services, group services and by providing digital programs, downloadable resources and educational content (Services and Digital Products).

5. We may provide information on this website and as part of the Services for informational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We are not responsible for any action or inaction on your part based on the information we provide.

Health Disclaimer 

6. Nothing on this website or as part of the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition and you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our Services for your circumstances and your reliance on our advice is at your own risk. If you have an existing health condition, we recommend you consult a medical professional before using our Services. 

7. Our Services are complementary modalities and are not a substitute for and should not be used in place of professional medical advice and treatments. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional regarding any medical condition or health concern.

8. Our Services and Digital Products are NOT appropriate for, and should NOT be accessed or used by the following persons:

(a) Persons with epilepsy or seizure disorders, unless medical clearance is obtained (please note that this applies only to hypnotherapy and epilepsy or seizure disorders may not be contraindicated for kinesiology);

(a) Persons with a history of psychosis, schizophrenia or other serious psychiatric conditions;

(a) Persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

(a) Persons under the age of 18 years without the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian; or

(a) Persons who are pregnant and do not disclose this (please note that this only applies to kinesiology sessions as some acupressure is contraindicated for pregnancy);

(a) Any person with any other condition that is contraindicated for hypnotherapy or kinesiology as advised by their treating health professional.

9. If you are unsure whether the Services are appropriate for you, we strongly recommend that you consult a qualified medical practitioner before accessing or using our Services or Digital products.

10. The above health disclaimer survives termination or expiration of these Terms or your use of the website or any Services or Digital Products. 

Provision of Services

11. Our Services include consults with one of our team members and the sale of Digital Products.

12. To start using our Services, please use the ‘Bookings’ function on the website.

13. When you sign up for our Services, you agree to be bound by our Client Terms and Conditions.

14. We may at our absolute discretion, accept or reject a booking. If we need to reject your booking, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, after your appointment is booked. 

15. You may purchase Digital Products through our website. When purchasing these, you must agree to be bound by our Digital Products Terms of Use. 

16. We may provide free resources on our website for informational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We are not responsible for any action or inaction on your part based on the information we provide. 

17. All Services are subject to availability.

18. As part of the booking process and your continued use of this website, you may be required to provide personal information and sensitive health information about yourself including but not limited to your name, email address, residential address, or health care details. These details will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
